Dahil Sa Galing Bata …
Share the lessons learned and impact of Galing Bata on your life.
Dahil sa Galing Bata, I can be an Ate to all. I love being an Ate in every aspect. I have a passion in working for the youth. Through Galing Bata, I am able to explore a variety of ways to be able to serve the youth.
Share one example of how you have seen Galing Bata’s “Gabay, Lingap at Bantay” in action. It could be during a time when you were a student, volunteer or staff.
Galing Bata's "Gabay, Lingap at Bantay" shows in numerous ways. The first thing that comes to mind as a staff is how supportive the community of mentors are towards me. There is never a moment at work in which I feel as though I do not hold the capability to be able to do what I desire to.
What is one wish you have for our students and families we serve?
One wish I have for our students and families that we serve is for them to be able to feel the same impact I have received in their lives the same way Galing Bata has created a positive touch into mine.
Share with us your favorite self-care or wellness activity that you practice.
My favorite form of self-care is alone time. I enjoy walking and going to places by myself with the company of my playlists. I also like to leave the city.
To really get a glimpse of who you are, what Filipino songs are you currently listening to?
I listen to a lot of Filipino song but my current Top 3 songs at the moment are Palagi by TJ, Luna by Dro Perez, and Gusto by Zack Tabudlo & AI James.
