Dahil Sa Galing Bata …

Share the lessons learned and impact of Galing Bata on your life.

Dahil sa Galing Bata marami po akong karanasan at natutunan para maglingkod sa mga pamilya dito sa SoMa Pilipinas. Masaya po kasi parang pamilya na rin ang turing ko sa lahat ng mga bata.

Share one example of how you have seen Galing Bata’s “Gabay, Lingap at Bantay” in action. It could be during a time when you were a student, volunteer or staff.

I love the advocacy of our parent/guardians alongside our community especially in their resilience and strength to voice their needs. It is a great example of Lingap - Quality of Care to continue on for the future generation of students to learn the Filipino culture and language.

What is one wish you have for our students and families we serve?

I wish them to follow their dreams in life and to follow a path of love and care for our communities in need.

Share us your favorite self-care or wellness activity that you practice.

I love essential oils and their health benefits. I also love to travel when I get the chance to visit family and friends.

To really get a glimpse of who you are, what Filipino songs are you currently listening to?

Paraluman by Adie and Raining in Manila by Lola Amour.
